Store Policies

• CS West Bikes will take every care to make sure shopping with us is a pleasant experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date of shipment for a credit or refund.• Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways. Return item can also be dropped off at the shop in Colorado Springs.• All returned items must be in new condition, with all packaging materials and paperwork included. Items returned in poor condition may be subject to a restocking charge. • Items returned past the 14-day return period will be given store credit. Items returned after 21 days will be handled in a case by case manner. • CS West Bikes is responsible for shipping charges on mis-shipments, damaged or defective merchandise. Return Instructions:-Return package via insured US Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex in a sturdy box with indestructible packing tape. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted. -Include a copy of your original invoice along with a note with purchaser's name, address, date of purchase, reason for return, and any instruction for exchange. - Send returns to: CS West Bikes Returns Dept: 2403 W. Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, CO, 80904 - Please keep a record of shipment.
